Why STEAM?
Learning STEAM exposes children to a variety of career paths early in their life. They are able to experiment with the topics that they are interested in and ones they are not, but to do this, they need resources. Underprivileged school districts are only able to get materials that are absolutely necessary, such as notebooks, paper, and reading books. Kids are not able to participate in science experiments, or learn to operate a computer. Being able to supply a school with science experiment kits can spark a child’s interest in science, or being able to teach a child to do the most simplest of code can spark their interest in computers.
